The Newest Course from TMI
LT-2: LIGHT TRUCK ESSENTIALS
General Version—Non Make Specific Light Truck Product Training for Buyers, Sellers, Upfitters, and Suppliers Working with Multiple Makes

The LT-2 General course is the newest in the Precision Truck Training series of distance-education courses in truck selection and application. TMI courses provide training on two levels: generic coverage of fundamental truck knowledge, coupled with product application exercises.

This new five lesson course addresses the needs of the light commercial and fleet markets, as well as those looking for training that will apply across mutliple makes, or those with a developing line of light trucks.

LT-2: Light Truck Essentials course was developed around a generic product line providing broad spectrum knowledge for truck fleet decision makers and others working with multiple makes. Topics and examples utilize a TMI-created Shadow line of SUVs, crossovers, pickups, light- and medium-duty chassis-cabs. These TMI Shadows fully represent the current mix of Class 1-5 trucks sold in North America. The product familiarity can transfer to specific makes, while providing knowledge beyond a single brand focus.

Graduates complete five written tests using the TMI textbook. No access to manufacture's data is required for the General version of this course. The tests are completed after studying each lesson and are then mailed or faxed to TMI for individual grading by the instructor.

Light Truck Essentials are covered in TMI’s LT-2 course. The General version of this course is great for those working with mutiple makes. The cost per enrollment for Precision Truck Training LT-2 General version is $445 per student. Download the application and fax or call in the information for quickest service. Course materials are typically mailed within 24-hours.
