Give your Staff a Sales Edge—Knowledge

Cost effective in-depth product training provides the knowledge and confidence to excel. TMI courses in truck selection and application are self-paced and flexible, with no travel time or cost.

For Mack personnel we offer two distinct, standalone courses, including our heavy duty Course III.

Heavy trucks and tractors are the subject of our ten-lesson Precision Truck Training: Course III. Students study and are tested on Mack product information and advanced concepts in sales engineering and specing of Class 8 vehicles.

Students work through the ten tests for this course and mail or fax them to TMI for grading. Grades and comments are often returned in one business day. The cost for this in-depth heavy-duty product training is US$825 per USA or Canadian enrollment.*

And now the textbook for this course is also available as an “eBook” on a compact disk in addition to the printed version. This is a $30 option for the course. Using the free Adobe Acrobat reader, students can scroll through, read and search the textbook from almost any computer that can read a CD.

Some of the benefits of TMI training include:

  • You get quick and thorough training for your staff
  • Graduates have more confidence with prospects
  • Students are tested on the latest product information
  • The textbook makes a great long-term reference source
  • Your staff stays in town, on the job, with no travel costs
